The fee for receiving a job referral from the
UAN is only 5% of the total "gross"
charge to your customer. For example; if you charged the customer
$350.00, your referral fee would only be $17.50.
When you receive job referrals from the UAN, YOU
are in control of what YOU charge your
customers. Additionally, if you want to make up
for the referral fee, you can just raise your
price by 5% to your customer. Pretty simple,
wouldn't you agree?
We "will" randomly call customers that you
receive referrals for... so please keep that in
mind when servicing the customer and making your
referral payment. If you cheat the system or we
find out your customer service was not up to
par, you may be removed from the referral
program; however, your listing will not be
removed from the network. What this also means
is; if you are removed from the referral program
for inappropriate behavior or dishonesty and
currently hold a listing for a protected area;
the network has the right to open the area up to
another technician. If you have any additional
